Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Please expect your order to arrive within 5 working days (Mon-Sat). However, in most cases, we deliver in 2 working days.

Q. Where is my order?

A.  We use several carriers to get your order to you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible to keep our prices low. In most cases, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order. If we are delivering your order ourselves locally we will send you an SMS. To get real-time information on your order, use the chat icon in the bottom right side of our website and select 'track my order'
