Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Please expect your order to arrive within 5 working days (Mon-Sat). However, in most cases, we deliver in 2 working days. If you are within our Local Delivery Zones (Medway, Swale, Maidstone, Gravesend, Dartford etc) then delivery will be 1-2 days after placing your order. For local deliveries you will get a WhatsApp/txt on the day we are going to delivery with an ETA.
Local Deliveries are made between 6PM & 9PM 7 days a week.
Q. Where is my order?
A. We use several carriers to get your order to you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible to keep our prices low. In most cases, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order. If we are delivering your order ourselves locally we will send you an SMS. To get real-time information on your order, use the chat icon in the bottom right side of our website and select 'track my order'
Q. I’m in your local delivery area but it’s saying you do not ship to me?
A. Currently the pickup/local delivery options is currently not yet supported with the express payment such as Apple pay and Google pay, this has been forwarded to our developer to resolve, for the time being non express payments will work (paying with card) or contact us and we can manually put your order through and send you a payment link that you can then pay with Apple/Google pay.
