Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Pup Planet Cashback Rewards Programme (“the Programme”), operated by Pup Planet Ltd.

By placing an order with Pup Planet Ltd on or after 1 March 2026, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Programme is open to customers with a registered Pup Planet customer account linked to a valid email address.

1.2 Cashback (store credit) is only issued to registered customer accounts.

1.3 Orders must be fully paid to qualify.

1.4 Pup Planet Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend or remove membership where misuse or abuse is suspected.

2. Earning Cashback (Store Credit)

2.1 Orders fully paid after 1 March 2026 will earn cashback as store credit.

2.2 Cashback rates are:

  • 5% on in-store purchases

  • 2.5% on online purchases (including delivery and click & collect)

2.3 Cashback is calculated on the final amount paid by the customer, excluding:

  • Delivery charges

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional discounts

  • Refunded or cancelled items

2.4 Cashback will be issued to the customer’s account 24 hours after the order has been fully paid.

2.5 Store credit balance can be viewed at checkout when logged in with the email linked to the account.

3. Using Store Credit

3.1 Store credit can be redeemed against future purchases in-store or online.

3.2 Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded to a bank account or card.

3.3 Store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

3.4 Store credit must be redeemed before its expiry date.

4. Expiry

4.1 Store credit expires 24 months from the date of issue.

4.2 Expired store credit cannot be reinstated.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 If an order (or part of an order) is refunded, any cashback earned on that refunded amount will be deducted from the customer’s store credit balance.

5.2 If store credit has already been spent and a refund reduces the earned cashback, Pup Planet Ltd reserves the right to adjust future rewards accordingly.

6. Programme Changes & Termination

6.1 Pup Planet Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Amend cashback rates

  • Update these Terms & Conditions

  • Suspend or withdraw the Programme at any time

6.2 Changes will not affect store credit already issued unless required by law.

7. Misuse

7.1 Fraudulent activity, account manipulation, refund abuse, or misuse of the Programme may result in:

  • Cancellation of store credit

  • Removal from the Programme

  • Closure of the customer account

8. General

8.1 Store credit has no cash value and is not a financial product.

8.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8.3 Pup Planet Ltd’s decision regarding the Programme is final.
